I have always been a firm believer in karma, but people associate karma as just a bad thing. Karma can be good or bad! The definition of karma according to Wikipedia is a “result of a person’s actions as well as the actions themselves. It is a term about the cycle of cause and effect. According to the theory of Karma, what happens to a person, happens because they caused it with their actions.” So basically, you get what you put out, good or bad.
The law of attraction is all about manifestation. Whatever you set your mind to, you can accomplish it! I love this because with the right mindset, really anything is possible. (For the most part – let’s not manifest growing to be 10 feet tall and expecting that to happen!)
One of the things I like to manifest in my life is positive energy. This is not to say that negativity doesn’t come from life events or from negative people. It means that, again, for the most part, I can make a situation positive. I can put out good things into the world, change my habits, spread kindness, and get all of that in return. In a sense, I’m trying to manifest attracting good energy!

Something to remember is that whatever it is you’re manifesting, mindset is key. And if you’re wanting to attract good vibes, you have to put that energy into the universe. Here are my top 5 tips on manifesting positive energy.
1 – Spread good karma
As we already touched on, you’ll need to spread good karma in order to expect to receive it back. You can’t just do something good though and wait for something good to happen back to you. You have to truly mean it! I feel like the universe can pick up on your true intentions, so look within yourself before doing any action.
2 – Keep a positive mindset
One step you can take when looking within yourself is looking at your mindset. If you are always thinking negatively about life, don’t ever expect it to change unless you take initiative to work on your mindset. One way to do this is to fill your mind with positive affirmations, as well as pay attention to who you surround yourself with, what you watch or listen too, etc. Your environment plays a big role in this! Thinking positively will help you feel more confident in spreading positivity, and attracting that back into your life.

3 – Write in a gratitude journal
Another way to spread positive energy is to be grateful for what you have. One way to work on this is by writing in a gratitude journal. Journaling is an amazing way to get in tune with yourself. It will help open and broaden your mindset so you can spread your gratefulness to others.
4 – Meditate daily
Meditation helps connect you to the universe, your higher power, etc. It’s a pathway for you to be in the present moment, here and now, and peacefully manifest positive energy. Meditation is a great way to also develop a good and deep understanding with yourself. When you do this, you are more aligned with your feelings and can put off the same energy back into the universe.
5 – Ignore negativity
Ignore all forms of negativity, whether it be from outsiders, or from yourself. Again, make sure you are staying positive and don’t think about other alternative ways things could play out. Likewise, don’t spend your time listening to other people and their doubt, unkindness, etc. Just stay focused on what it is you’re trying to manifest in your life. If you’re trying to manifest positive energy, stray from the negative energy – fast!
